Pieces Of Alice XL Nail Stamping Plates from Magno Nails

I've wanted these plates for quite a while. I couldn't wait to do a puzzle piece design!! The polish I used is a polish I made from other polishes, commonly referred to as a 'franken' :)

I rarely wear glitters but got the urge to the other day. I shortened my nails and started trying on glitters. I tried on so many! To name a few: Sephora by OPI ($OPI) If You Got It, Haunt It, OPI Teenage Dream, OPI Last Friday Night, China Glaze Dynasty, Sephora by OPI 212 (kind of a glitter;), OPI Glow Up Already!, OPI Absolutely Alice and probably others I can't think of right now! Once I tried Absolutely Alice, I realized I really wanted a red version of it! So I cleaned out a bottle of polish I had that I didn't like, used some red glitter polishes (if I were to do it again I would use the red glitter nail are polish from Sally's only most likely), and the gold nail are glitter polish by LA Colors from Dollar Tree and Tada!

I love these plates even more now that I have them! I don't have to redo nails because I missed a spot! So great! These plates are much cheaper through the Magno Nails site than through Chez Delany's site. When I placed my order, they were $79+ change on the Chez site and $21+ change on Magnonails! I got them in a bit over a week and that is with 2 weekends and a holiday Monday! I couldn't be happier. I purchased XL Plates A, B and C along w/ smaller plates A34 and A40. The full designs on A40 are HUGE and on A34 are big enough! Each XL plate has 42 designs on it and at $21 that is like 50 cents a design! I am not sure how long they will be available on that site or if they still are, but if they are, they are totally worth it!

This design is from XL Plate A. I used China Glaze GR8 for the design, I LOVE this polish for gold konading. Since I was doing a glitter, I used Gelous on top of the polish and then Seche Vite. Normally I use Chip Skip, my Qtica base coat, Gelous, polish then Seche Vite. But Gelous is great at making glitters feel smooth fast if you use it on top! It's from the OMG collection China Glaze made a few years ago. Most of these polishes are kind of hard to find now, but they are worth hunting for!

Since I used the puzzle design, I decided to name the red polish 'Pieces Of Alice'

These pictures were taken inside with flash since there is no sun here, stillllll. I also skipped clean up, sorry! At least I took pictures! Ha! I'm glad I have them because I really like how it turned out.

Pretty mani! I looove the designs on XL plates A and B. Are the large designs on A-40 (XL circular) larger than the ones on plates A and B?

Yes, the full size designs on A40 are a bit taller and wider than the ones on the XL A & B plates. I've been thinking about the best way to take pics of the plates, I'll try soon!
